Cancellations need to be submitted in writing to the Conference Help Desk (pricelineconference@seekeragency.com.au).

Depending on the time of cancellation you may be charged a fee.

By registering for the 2027 Priceline Pharmacy Franchise Conference, you are acknowledging your commitment to the event and agree that any penalties or cancellation fees incurred by Priceline Pharmacy or Seeker Agency (conference event agency) will be passed on to you should you cancel.

On acceptance of this invitation, you agree to attend all planned activities and dinners for the duration of the conference and agree to settle all personal accounts prior to departure from the hotel.

Cancellations received by 5 March 2027: no cancellation fees apply. Full refund of registration fees is available.

Cancellation received from 6 March 2027 – 15 April 2027: 50% of registration fees will be forfeited.

Cancellations received from 16 April 2027 until the event date: 100% of registration fees will be forfeited.

Any accommodation extensions cancelled will be refunded without penalty until 16 April 2027. Any cancellations from 17 April 2027 until the event date will be charged 100% of costs.

It is important to note that the reason the organisers of the event need to charge cancellation fees is because at various gate stages, there are sunk costs associated with your registration. It is entirely possible for you to transfer your registration to someone else in order to avoid any cancellation fees.

Any transfer of registrations from 6 March 2027 will incur a $200 administration fee. Any transfers from 11 May 2027 will not be possible.

Changes and cancellation of flights booked by Seeker Agency (conference event agency): Once flights have been booked on your behalf, any changes and/or cancellations will incur fees and charges, dependent on the airline and ticket rules. As a general rule, Economy tickets are non-refundable once tickets are issued.

Registrations for the event cannot be converted to cash payments or any other awards or benefits if you do not attend the conference, nor can tickets be transferred for use for a later conference.
