Flights
Flights are not included as part of the registration fee.
Booking your flights
For delegates making their own flight arrangements, we recommend the following travel windows to align with the official program:
Arrival: Conference will kick off at approximately 2:30pm on Tuesday 25 May 2027, so please ensure you are in Perth and ready to go by this time.
Departure: We recommend booking flights at any time suitable on Friday 28 May 2027. Hotel check-out is 10:00am. Airport transfers conclude at 3pm.
If you need help arranging your flights, the Conference Help Desk (Seeker Agency) is available to assist. You can request this support during your registration, noting a $44 one-way or $66 return booking fee applies. Alternatively, please contact pricelineconference@seekeragency.com.au for more information.
The below flights will get you to Perth on Tuesday 25 May 2027 in time for conference kick off (note: these have been collated in October 2026 and are subject to change).
Transfers
Airport transfers will operate between Perth Airport and the official hotels on Tuesday 25 May and Friday 28 May 2027 at the times listed below. If arriving outside of these windows, delegates will need to arrange their own transport (taxis/ride-share).
Tuesday 25 May: From 8am - 2pm.
Friday 28 May: 6am - 3pm.
Transfer details and booking links will be provided closer to the event.
Travel insurance
All travel and health insurance requirements and associated costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you are fully insured for the duration of your travel arrangements including cover for illness, death, loss of baggage and personal items.
Accommodation
Accommodation will be split between four hotels and your hotel will be confirmed closer to the event date. If you have accessibility requirements, please list these details when you complete your registration.
Delegates will be allocated to a hotel and your hotel allocation will be included in your final confirmation email.
Extending your stay
If you would like to extend your stay, please enter your accommodation requirements during your online registration and the Conference Help Desk will be in touch with availability and rates before securing your booking. Extension requests are subject to hotel availability and will be at your own cost.
